This 2-day Group Fitness Instructor Course, equips you to deliver our signature beat-based resistance training class anywhere. Learn how to coach proper exercise technique, use tempo training to the music, and apply motivational coaching strategies that create an engaging and effective group fitness experience.
You'll leave with our proven class template, choreography system, and the tools to confidently lead high-energy, results-driven classes.

DAY 1
10:30 AM – Meet & Greet
10:45 AM – Master Class (45-minute workout)
11:30 AM – Manual Review: Sections 1–4
12:30 PM – Practice Foundational Movements
1:45 PM – 2:15 PM – Nutrition Break
2:15 PM – Track Breakdown Review (Section 5 + Warm-Up Practice)
3:15 PM – Practical Portion (Participants will use what they have learned to prepare and present 1 track from the template).
4:15 PM – Participant Presentations (Everyone will teach 1 track).
5:15 PM – Day 1 Review & Wrap-Up (Administrator will provide and record feedback for each participant).
DAY 2
10:30 AM- Master Class 2 (35-minute version with a focus on modifications).
11:15 AM – Q&A + Track Review
11:45 AM – Manual Review: Section 6
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM – Nutrition Break
1:30 PM – Track Breakdown Review (with a focus on Core & Cooldown).
2:30 PM – Practical Portion (Participants will prepare and practice teaching their second track).
3:30 PM – Participant Presentations (Everyone will teach 1 track).
4:30 PM – Q&A
5:00 PM – Certificate Presentation
